Although ICM makes every effort to ensure the most correct and up-to-date data, due to the dynamic character of the Internet it is technically impossible to guarantee it. ICM therefore can not and does not accept any responsibility for any business consequences caused by inaccurate or incorrect information from its site.

ICM lists and ranks ICs submitted by their providers, users, or selected by its surfer team. Providers of ICs who do not wish to be listed should contact ICM via email@netcommodities.com and the entry will be deleted. Only ICM alone decides on the final text of an IC entry and about on ranking, however the provider of the IC can influence it by submitting relevant data.
